Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado

  • 1-3 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. Wash 2 eggs with water
  2. Preheat your pan to high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. After it has preheated, tap the edge of the handle with the egg to break it.
  4. Carefully open the lid of the egg and tip the egg in the pan.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the second egg.
  6. Add salt and black pepper on top of the egg.
  7. Cover the pan so that the egg is also cooked on top.
  8. After 2-4 minutes, transfer the eggs to a dish.
  9. Cut the cucumber and tomato.
  10. Cut the avocado in half, chop the middle and separate it from the skin with a spoon.
  11. Unwrap the cheese and put it on the plate.
  12. Add bread and serve it hot.
